The Multi-Generational Home Renovation Tax Credit came into effect January 1, 2023. The new credit will cover expenses related to building a secondary suite for a family member who is either a senior or disabled.

By the end of March, the TSX finished almost where it began the month, and the U.S. equities indexes rose 2 to 6½ percent.
